Dr. Roby a Licensed Professional Counselor (#1570), Board Qualified Supervisor (#241), Approved Clinical Supervisor, Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider, and Nationally Certified Counselor (#257137). I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and she received a Master of Science degree in Counseling/Psychology from the University of West Alabama. Dr. Roby received a Doctor of Philosophy, Instructional Systems and Workforce Development from Mississippi State University. Dr. Roby is also a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC), and EMDRIA International Association.

Dr. Roby’s counseling experience includes providing individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy for clients with challenging life stressors. She has been employed in diverse treatment settings such as community mental health and university-based counseling centers. Dr. Roby hass provided services for clients ranging from childhood to late adulthood who present with a variety of concerns.

Eboni received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Mississippi College. In compliance with State Board requirements, she meets regularly with a qualified licensed professional counselor supervisor to ensure that she provides quality professional and ethical services. She has worked in a variety of mental health settings; serving children, adolescents, and adults. She uses a diverse choice of modalities in her practice such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She is also trained in EMDR.
